cutting-edge augmented reality technology via the ‘Artivive’app.
Inspired by Chinese mysticism and the Tibetan book of the dead, English painter Luke Gray has transformed Ying Art Center into an odyssey of monochrome psychedelia covering the walls, ceiling and floor in a multimedia mural of over 50 interactive animations.
The work explores the cycle of birth and death and the relationship between chaos and order.

I painted someone’s piano.
I made an effort to line up the pattern so it looks the same when the lid is up or down x
The white of the keys was meant to melt into the piano too x

Ok ladies and gents I’m dropping a limited run of 4 t-shirt designs - hand printed in London by Lidia stepien at undergroundprintlab.
Each of these designs is also available as a tote or paper print.
Lidia builds all her own screens and equipment from recycled wood and hinges. I was squatting with her a while and she would pack it up an entire printing studio into 2 shopping trolley’s and move it from squat to squat as we were evicted by police every few months. She has crazy dedication to the art of printing that is being lost to high-speed digital printers with no soul. These Tshirts are made by a human - that is important.

There’s a nice story to this one…
I went out in the middle of the freezing night after a job to paint a mural in the street for free.
The idea was to paint my lady in time for Valentine’s day…I chose a particularly disgusting wall to try and make beautiful but after I’d painted it black a security guard came out of nowhere with a camera in my face telling me I can’t paint it, that I’m a criminal and that he’s calling the police . Street artists can get up to 10 years ( I only painted it black)
I was very calm and told him to take my number and gave him the plan for the street mural and showed him my portfolio so he could show his boss. The next day the boss called me and said I could paint it.
When I came back a week later graffiti taggers had ruined my lovely black canvas. So I had to paint it again.
